Yesterday Eagle Dynamics announced another strange addition to the already large range of “FC3” Low Fidelity Jets. But what has really got the DCS Communities backs up is the fact these jets are already available as full fidelity and in the case of the F-86 Sabre, how much more simplified can it really get? It only takes 4 switches to turn on in it’s full fidelity version.
whilst information on how these jets will be implemented in game has been scarce, we tend to believe that any way of bringing new pilots who are more used to the lower fidelity world of games such as War Thunder, etc.. then this can only be a good thing for the community.
The Jets that have been announced to join the current line up are:
- F-86F Sabre
- F-5E Tiger II
- MiG-15bis
The other selling point for these jets is that the FC2024 package will be available for as little as $9.99 for those who already own the full FC3 package. We will of course be buying this package and will give our honest review when we can.
